Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of Dutch. By using the site or requesting an agent, you agree to them.

What Dutch is

Dutch designs, hosts, and runs AI agents that perform business tasks you describe. You describe a job, receive a designed agent with an instant fixed price, and subscribe to put it to work - it is set up and runs on a schedule automatically. Agents produce work products (drafts, replies, research, reports, lists) and hold anything customer-facing or money-moving for your approval.

Early access & pricing

Dutch is in early access. The price shown for a generated agent is the price for that plan - a fixed monthly subscription, not a usage meter. Every agent starts with a 30-day free trial that begins when it goes live; nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends for no charge. We may refine agents, capabilities, and pricing as the service evolves.

Your responsibilities

Human oversight

Agents surface recommendations and hold customer-facing or money-moving actions for your approval by default. AI can make mistakes; you're responsible for reviewing output before it's acted on.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dutch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Questions? Email us. Dutch, Scottsdale, AZ.
