Privacy Policy
Dutch ("we", "us") builds and hosts AI agents for businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- What you type. The job description you enter to generate an agent.
- Contact details. When you reserve an agent: your name, email, and optionally company, phone, and any notes you add.
- The quote. The agent we designed for you and its price, so we can follow up.
- Basic usage. Standard server logs (e.g. IP, timestamp) from our hosting providers.
How we use it
- To design, quote, set up, and run the agent you asked for.
- To contact you about your request and your account.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use a small set of service providers to run Dutch, and share only what's needed:
- AI provider (Anthropic). Your job description is sent to Anthropic's API to design the agent. It is not used to train their models.
- Infrastructure. Hosting and storage providers (e.g. Render, Cloudflare, Supabase) process data on our behalf under their agreements.
Cookies
The Dutch site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any storage is first-party and functional only.
Data retention & security
We keep request data as long as needed to serve you and for legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard safeguards; no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time — email us and we'll take care of it.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
