Privacy Policy
Dutch ("we", "us") builds and hosts AI agents for businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- What you type. The job description you enter to generate an agent, and any focus notes or rules you give it.
- Contact & account details. Your name and email, and optionally company, phone, and notes; your plan and delivery history.
- Your agent. The agent we designed for you, its settings, and the work it produces.
- Connected-account data (only if you connect a tool). If you choose to connect an account (for example Google, Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, Slack, HubSpot, Stripe, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Calendly, or WhatsApp), we access only the specific data your agent needs to do its job - for example your recent reviews, upcoming calendar events, open invoices, or revenue totals. We request read-only access wherever the provider offers it.
- Basic usage. Standard server logs (e.g. IP, timestamp) from our hosting providers.
How we use it
- To design, quote, set up, and run the agent you asked for, including using your connected-account data to produce that agent's work.
- To contact you about your request and your account.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
Anything your agent produces that is customer-facing or money-moving is held as a draft for your approval - nothing is sent, posted, or published on your behalf without your explicit click.
Connected accounts & your access tokens
When you connect a tool, you authorize us on the provider's own sign-in page - we never see or store your password. Access is scoped to what your agent needs, and your access tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect any tool in one click from your dashboard, which stops all further access and, where the provider supports it, revokes our token. We use connected-account data only to provide the agent you asked for. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Google user data (Limited Use). Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide and improve your agent's features, do not transfer or sell it, and do not use it for advertising or to train generalized AI models.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use a small set of service providers to run Dutch, and share only what's needed:
- AI provider (Anthropic). Your job description and the connected-account data your agent needs are sent to Anthropic's API to produce the work. It is not used to train their models.
- Payments (Whop). Handles your subscription and billing. We do not store your card details.
- Email (Resend). Delivers your agent's work and account emails.
- Infrastructure. Hosting and storage providers (e.g. Render, Cloudflare, Supabase) process data on our behalf under their agreements.
Cookies
The Dutch site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any storage is first-party and functional only.
Data retention & security
We keep your data as long as needed to serve you and for legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize it. Connected-account tokens are encrypted at rest and deleted when you disconnect. We use industry-standard safeguards; no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices & deletion
You're in control. You can disconnect any connected tool in one click, and you can delete your agent and all its data from your dashboard - this revokes your connected tokens and removes your runs and records. You can also access or correct your information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
